About

We live on 5 acres and our house backs on to Lake Clifton, in walking distance to the famous Thrombolites. We are surrounded by the countryside. We are close to all amenities (15 minute drive).
Its a great country community and we are able to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the countryside from the comfort of our home. We are surrounded by kangaroos and often see emus walking the track behind us.
We have 2 very friendly dogs. Benny is a Maltese Schitzu and Marsha is a terrier although we adopted her from Perth Chihuahua Rescue (he he). They are taken for walks twice a day. They are very low maintenance.
There are 6 chickens who are free range - they get locked up each night.
We have a resident kangaroo, named Tilly. She comes in most days for a feed (skippy mix). We have wild kangaroos that come in each evening and we feed them each day.
We are looking for someone that will be home every day with the dogs.
We have reticulation out front and back however we have plants in pots around the house that need watering.

Our house is low maintenance. You will just need to water the pot plants placed in and around the house and make sure reticulation comes on.
