4 bedroom home on 1/4 acre, set in lovely area, surrounded by hills, 1 km from golf course. Pool, wi-fi, BBQ, pay tv. We are about 10-15 minutes walk from Picton town centre and there is a bike track at the bottom of our street that goes all the way into town. About 1.5 hrs from Sydney, by train or road.
Pets & farm animals
We have two dogs - both female, Moodle and Cavoodle. They are inside most of the day. The 6 yo Moodle is quite anxious so patience needed but once she gets used to people she is a lovely dog. The Cavoodle is a puppy - turns 1 in June. They would need to be walked regularly
