1 bedroom unit, behind a quiet shop, with a great back yard with a lot of outdoor sitting areas. Not required for maintenance.

Quiet area, less than 5 minutes walk to Strathmore station, parking near station or I can reorganise the garage if you prefer to park inside.

Two female kittens, have just turned 2yo on 04/12, desexed, vaccinated & fully insured. Mostly indoor but allowed outside under supervision daily (not required)

No wi-fi, but streaming using your own hotspot. All easily connected. Netflix, Amazon & Music.
Lots of books, music and Blu rays for you to explore.

Auto cat litter with low maintenance.
