We have a substantial, comfortable, well equipped and modern home on a small acreage just 10 mins from Coffs and Sawtell. the house has nbn fibre, internal wired connections and good wi-fi. A very serene and pretty location, privacy reassured. We have a British blue cat and yellow labrador, part of the family and somewhat spoiled, but well trained. We have a well-established and well maintained garden that will require some watering if it does not rain. Mowing of lawns is not required.
Our Yellow (near white) Labrador, Banjo is young, strong and active and likes his walks and outings to the beach. Henry, our cat is big and lazy but likes a bit of pampering.
Everything is within 10 minutes including airport, cafes, shops, hospital, numerous beaches. Cows at back fence, state forest nearby, a bird paradise.
Ideally we seek someone energetic and practical, Our priority is the care of our pets but we are also house proud. If you have a pet focus and previous experience with cats and dogs please express your interest. If you are a gardener or a nature lover you will enjoy the surroundings and the rural scenery. We would see a police check as an asset and non smoking a pre-requisite.

House Tasks

Usual tasks: We feel that the right couple would know what these are. We have a substantial but established and maintained garden that is mostly self sufficient.. No lawn mowing will be required. Some parts will require watering if it does not rain, especially the pot plants. We also feed the native birds of which there are many varieties.
We are looking for a mature person or couple with good life and home skills. Need to be honest, trustworthy and good communicators. Must be non-smoking.
