Large two storey house high on the hill with upper level views across Melbourne, with a pool, landscaped gardens and off-street parking.
Easy access to Melbourne CBD, 12 km away via train or car on Monash Freeway. There is a bus stop on the corner, 1km to Glen Iris station, Chadstone Shopping Centre and beyond.
Pets & farm animals
A 5 year old female border collie, and an 11 year old female cavoodle. Both enjoy a daily walk, a 5.5km loop, encompassing our local dog park and a choice of two coffee spots. You can also drive to sections of our walk to avoid a couple of hills!
The border collie is quite active, but really enjoys afternoon activities to challenge her mind. The cavoodle is losing her sight, but manages well in familiar surroundings. She has some simple daily medications. Their diets are quite straight forward, kibble and frozen poached chicken for the BC, frozen Lyka prepared meals for the cavoodle, plus raw carrot sticks for both!
Both dogs are fairly lazy during the day, but do enjoy company, and prefer to have their humans around most of the time.
House Tasks
Collect mail, general household cleaning including: sweep/wash parquetry floors, vacuum carpets, keep bathrooms clean, water several indoor plants and outdoor pots when dry. Check pool litter basket weekly. Gardener usually attends fortnightly to mow lawns and tidy garden.
