Hi, we are situated in the quaint village of Austinmer, our 3-bedroom house is located in the escarpment with lovely ocean views roughly 1 km from Thirroul and Austinmer Beaches. Lots to do around in Thirroul and Austi but the house is in a very quiet and peaceful spot so it's the best of both worlds.

There are two great friendly dog beaches close by.

We have a 10-month-old standard Groodle (Coco) a cat and a fish! House sitter would ideally feed cat and fish once per day, and dog twice per day as well as a morning and afternoon walk, Coco is a big, high energy and strong dog so house sitters would need to have a level of fitness to avoid being pulled around by her.

If that sounds like you, we've love to hear from you, we frequently go away for weekends and have a 2-week OS holiday booked for June so would love to have a regular house sitter arrangement if possible.

The house is a nonsmoking house.
