House Sitter Needed – Must be qualified in Disability or Healthcare

Hello! I’m looking for a reliable and trustworthy house sitter to care for my two much-loved pets, Phoenix and Phoebe, while I’m currently stuck in Hospital due to NDIS funding Cuts .

This is a disability residence, so there are a few important requirements to ensure safety:

What’s Required
• Must be a qualified disability support worker or someone with lived experience supporting a person with disability.
• PPE (face mask + gloves) must be worn at all times in common areas due to immunocompromised status of the resident.
• PPE not required inside the bedroom you sleep in.
• No shoes are to be worn inside the house.
• Be comfortable with CCTV operating 24/7 throughout the property, excluding your bedroom.

What You’ll Do
• Care for Phoenix and Phoebe (feeding, fresh water, basic care, company, Playing with the kids ).
• Maintain general respect for the home and follow simple infection-control measures.
• Enjoy a comfortable and quiet stay — your bedroom is private.
- Assist by Vacuuming Mopping and cleaning all surfaces during your stay with the chemicals provided

About the Home
• Safe, clean, and well-maintained disability-adapted home.
• All PPE will be provided for you.
• Clear written instructions for the pets and house will be supplied.

• Feeding time: 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM

• Female
• 1 years old
• Gentle and quiet
• Feeding time: 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Litter Trays
• There are 4 litter trays in the home.

• Place waste in the bag
- Disinfect the trays with disinfectant spray
-Rinse with hot water
-Dry with Microfibre cloth and put new litter
-Replace water and clean water fountain daily

House Tasks

Collect mail if any comes .
And any deliveries
