Approx 700m from the train, shops, bus stop just around the corner to take you into the city.

Pets & farm animals

We have one very cute beagle named Holly (9 yrs old) and a gorgeous easy going affectionate 18 month old Birman cat named Leo who both sleep a lot during the day and love company whenever possible. Holly's favourite time of day is afternoon walk time but more than anything, they both just love to snooze by your feet as you chill/ work or chat. They are very happy, friendly, easy pets that love people and anything that looks, smells or resembles food so you do need to be careful to close doors and not to leave any traces out at their height! Leo the cat is an inside cat only and everyone who meets him falls in love with him. He sleeps inside but our beagle Holly snoozes either outside or inside at night (moreso inside during colder months) but by your feet if you’re home during the day.

House Tasks

As a house sitter, we expect you to feed and ensure fresh water for the animals 2x day (morning and night), and take Holly for a walk each afternoon/ evening. You don’t have to be home all day, but when you are, if you could let Holly come in with you and give Leo a cuddle from time to time so they have some company at times. We’d also ask you to keep the house in the same clean state as you found it, water a handful of indoor plants when needed so they don’t die in the heat and collect the mail if it’s there.
