About

We are looking for a house/pet sitter to look after our three easycare, quiet and non-demanding young indoor cats (including a three month old kitten <3) while we are away on holidays. The kitten (Lewis) is particularly sociable and we are very keen for him to have plenty of cuddles and a warm human to snooze on in front of the TV while we're away. The house is three bedroom, open plan, newly built and very easy-care, with beautiful water views from floor to ceiling windows. We have a private outdoor bathhouse with a hot (or cold if desired!) soak tub. The house is very well insulated and warm. We have a firebox and a couple of small electric heaters, and electric blankets. The suburb is peaceful and safe, less than 30 minutes drive to the city, there are half hourly buses to Sorell, Eastlands and the city. The house is at the end of a very quiet close with respectful neighbours all around. Garden care will involve simply occasional watering of a few pot plants and some very small garden areas. We're also looking for a sitter from April 18th to 22nd (separate ad for those dates if interested).

Pets & farm animals

We have three young cats - Bluey - male, ginger, 4 years old, Matilda (Tilly) - female, torbie, 3 years old (They are siblings) and Lewis, male, ginger, 3 months old. They are healthy, peaceful, undemanding, contented indoor cats who spend their days romping/sleeping together. They are entirely indoor cats so litterbox cleaning and feeding and some company is all that they require.

House Tasks

Bring in the mail, water pot plants and very small areas of lawn/ veges if required.
