About

I have a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a garden.
The house is located a short walk from the beach and has reverse cycle air-conditioning as well as gas heating in the lounge and is situated in a quiet street.

Pets & farm animals

My 5 year old Ragdoll cat is a little bit spoilt. He is a fussy eater, loves company and requires regular brushing.

House Tasks

I am hoping to find a caring and resourceful person who could be retired or work from home and who spends a reasonable amount of time at home including nights. The garden needs little attention during winter. Potplants will need some watering.
