I am a non-smoker, 40 year old, single, assistant principal working in the northern suburbs. I am a responsible, reliable and considerate person, and would take excellent care of your property. Owning a house myself (which is currently rented out due to my return to Perth earlier than expected), I am conscious of the care and security needed in keeping a house maintained. I would look after your home the way you would and would consider it a privilege to care for your home, pets and garden. I enjoy the company of animals (and have house-sat for dogs of various breeds and sizes as well as cats, fish and birds), I enjoy pottering around the garden, and am an extremely efficient, clean and organised person. I enjoy peace and quiet and my own company.
