I am single, house proud, semi retired and own my own cute 115 yo cottage in nth Sydney. I quit my office job several years ago looking for more life balance. After 6 mths down time with my black lab x rescue dog, I started professional dog walking. A knee injury resulted in this morphing into dog boarding and day care which I love. I’ve been travelling the country during Covid and now would like to House/farm sitting to experience more in-depth country life.
I am very clean and tidy and quite handy - I do all the maintenance around my home and have the power tools to prove it (the son my parents didn't have)! I enjoy gardening and know how to use a hose ( not everybody does, I can vouch for that! ??), and seek out and squash grubs.
I had horses throughout my teenage years along with all manner of domestic pets including frogs. Later I had Great Danes which I showed.
I like to keep fit bush walking, with or without dogs, and regularly go to the gym.
I farm sat a friends cattle and horse property which I loved, and also a property in rural Victoria and have references for these. I have also supplied dog boarding references. Long term friends in Vic are retired police and would also be able to supply a reference.
All I ask for is a clean and comfy house preferably with some 4 legged companions (the more the better!). In return you will get peace of mind that your home is being looked after and your fur kids taken care of and loved!
