I am a single, fit and healthy 63yr old retired Nurse and part time house cleaner. I am very house proud and would treat your home with the same respect I would my own. I am also an animal lover and lead a lifestyle that promotes this. I have previously volunteered in an animal rescue center caring for a wide variety of animals including, dogs, cats, birds, ducks and many others. I have also volunteered at a rescue center for abused and neglected horses. I enjoy a quite lifestyle and spending time at home which gives me plenty of time to keep your fur babies company.
I sold my own home to travel and I am not ready to buy another property at this stage. I find house sitting to be a wonderful alternative and enjoy it very much.

Jackie house sat for us recently and I would have to say was the best house sitter we have ever used. We have 2 dogs, 4 chooks, a worm farm, and a nice garden. Jackie was very capable of taking care of everything and despite some very hot weather, we came home to find all of the above healthy and thriving. We walked in the door and immediately were impressed at how clean the house was - I think cleaner than when we left. The bedding had been washed and the bed freshly made, the house thoroughly washed and vacuumed. There was even a plate of lovely biscuits/cakes that had been left for us. It was so nice to come home to that. Our 2 boys (the Whippets) spent the next few days looking for her. They’d get up from their beds and wander down the passage checking all the rooms. I’d say they had a nurturing experience under the care of Jackie. As I said earlier, I can thoroughly recommend Jackie as a very capable and caring person.
