Hello, I'm a mature professional - I work 4 days a week as a counsellor/art therapist at a non-profit organisation. I am also studying part-time at uni. I'm an active person - cycle and yoga and I don't smoke. I have rented for years and currently have a mortgage but am in the process of an amicable separation with my long-term partner so I am looking for house-sitting in this transition period before I move to a permanent home again. I can supply references and I absolutely LOVE animals and they seem to love me. I also love gardens and have a small green thumb.
Jen Jamieson has looked after our house twice while we have been on holidays. In that time she has cared for our cat, collected the mail, attended to the rubbish bins and kept the house in order. When we have come back the house has always been cleaner than how we left it and the cat very happy. We also received some photos of our cat while we were away and it's clear that Jen is a natural cat lover too. Jen would be a wonderful house sitter as she has demonstrated she is neat, animal friendly, sociable and generally very competent. I have not hesitation in recommending her.

Jen was really professional, accommodating and friendly. She looked after our house a few times when we went overseas and needed someone to take care of our two precious pugs and fish. She took great care of the house. When we came back all the indoor and outdoor plants were healthy, The house was clean and the pugs very happy. She fed and walked them and probably spoilt them.. She also updated us when we missed them too much by sending photos on email. We have had Jen house sit a few times and will certainly have her stay again if she is available.
