Hi my name is Kaitlyn, I am 29yrs old and have been full time house sitting for the past 7 months and intend to continue for the next year or more.

I find housesitting is the perfect solution for a single, mature person like me who likes her own space and hanging out at home as I like to live a quiet life. I take pride in any property I look after as I value and appreciate the opportunity of somewhere to stay and show my gratitude.

I am currently working full time for Sydney Cardiology as the practice manager / senior medic al administrator. My shifts are usually 8am - 4pm Monday through Friday; therefore I am at the property for part of the morning and majority of the evening to ensure the security of your home and pets. This also allows me to spend quality time with your fur babies, taking them for walks before and after work, and just having fun and enjoying their company.

I grew up with many family pets, so there are not many domestic animals I have not cared for. I feel I have a special affinity with animals and that they feel at home with me virtually straight away. I like to ensure that any pets I look after continue to live a stress free life whilst there owners are away.

Every owner I have assisted has been extremely happy with the standard of their properties on their return, so all you have to do is just un-pack and relax.

I have provided several written client references from owners I have recently house sat for and they are happy to be contacted to provide further verbal reference.

(Service I provide:
- Live-in house sitting by mature, trustworthy, non-smoking, professional female.
- Avoid kennel costs! Pet minding, including walking cleaning, giving medicines, and generally giving them good company and a fun experience.
- Garden maintenance & continuance of any other maintenance services.
- Collection of post.
- Keep in touch if reassurance is required, we can even Skype.
- I would also update you with photos via email so you can see first hand that your loved ones are being cared for, which will also put you at ease.
