Barbie & Matty looked after our house and our 5 year Staffy for a month whilst we travelled around Europe over Christmas. From our first contact they were so easy to deal with. While we were away they kept us updated about the house & garden (the 40+ degree heat was wreaking havoc but they managed it beautifully) & also our gorgeous fur baby, including photos & videos. They were always very efficient in responding to us & therefore despite this being the first time we had used a housesitting site, we were able to have complete peace of mind & enjoy our trip. On our return I can honestly say the house was cleaner & tidier than when we left it, & it had only just been professionally cleaned! I have no hesitation in recommending them & only hope they are available when next we go away.

They took care of our 9-year-old cat Antonio really well, always keeping us updated with photos of him during our three-week holiday. Barbie and Matty stayed in our house and looked after our 4 pets whilst we were away for 12 days, and it could not have been easier! Thank you both - from the moment you responded to our ad and we met you for the first time, your approach made us feel very confident that our house and pets would be in good hands. There were a few details to get across about how the house works and the pet routine, and you were very professional and focused on what would work best for the pets and for us. Whilst we were away you were in regular communication with us, both proactively to check certain details or provide an update, and also responsive when we messaged. Absolutely delightful young couple that looked after Abby (our schnoodle) and our fish for six weeks. Could not have had better care for our animals or our home!! Barbie and Matty looked after our two spoilt chi's while we were on a 3.5 week Europe holiday. The pups fell instantly in love with them at our first meeting. Barbie and Matty were very pleasant to deal with in the weeks leading up and while we were away. They both have such a carefree calm nature and i felt at ease the whole time. We stayed in contact the entire time we were away and even had some picture updates! Couldn't recommend enough. We will definitely have them back!

We had Barbie and Matty house sit our 2 cocker spaniels and cat for 6 weeks while we were overseas. They did such an amazing job, keeping us up to date on how the animals were going and sending us regular pictures. One of our dogs has an eye condition, which requires regular medication and eye drops. Normally whenever we go away and have someone look after him, we come back and his eye is in desperate need for love and attention. Not this time - it was obvious that they had done a wonderful job of looking after his eye, letting us know when his medication was low and when we came back, his eye was perfect – it was like we had not left at all. They were also wonderful with the house, watering the plants, the garden and even installing some furniture and setting up a room while we were away. We didn’t ask, they just offered, which was very kind of them. As a final point, other than the animals being happy and content when we returned, the house was in perfect condition. It was spotless, everything was where we had left it and they were even considerate enough to leave us a snack in the fridge, which we were so appreciative of and exactly what we needed after our long flight. We really could not recommend these guys highly enough. Leaving your animals and house can be stressful, particularly when it is to strangers, but these guys consistently put us at ease throughout the six months. I can honestly say there was no point while we were away that we felt concerned about the health and well being of our animals. Yes, they were over the moon when we arrived home, but we know that they had a wonderful time staying with Barbie and Matty and that is really the most important thing. We would not hesitate for a second to have them baby sit again.

From the moment I met Barbie and Matty I knew they were a great fit for my house sit and most importantly my girl Macy. They agreed to meet with me as soon as I made contact and were both extremely friendly and positive people from the get go. Nothing was a bother for them and throughout the whole house sit they sent unprompted texts and photos of Macy giving me full comfort that i didn't have anything to worry about whilst being away. They exercised her regularly too. My house was spotless when I returned and Macy was very happy. I highly recommend this duo for any house stays they were fabulous. and I would welcome them to my home anytime.

Matty and Barbie have looked after my cat George Michael and my city apartment on two occasions now and I have been very happy with everything. George has been happy, I was updated with photos while I was away, and the apartment was left clean and tidy. I can highly recommend them, and will certainly use them again next holiday.
