My husband, Marty and I have rented out our property near the Great Ocean Road, Victoria for a year and are looking to spend the winter/spring somewhere much warmer. We have a 10 year old female Jack Russell, called Billie. We have 20 years of experience renting out our own properties and pride ourselves on our high standard of house and garden maintenance. Marty was a Parks firefighter for several years and is skilled in gardening/landscaping, chainsaw and building maintenance. I have a legal background and have managed our ski resort property in Canada for almost 20 years. We both love gardening and are passionate about all animals, especially dogs. We have our own ducks and chooks, and Marty has experience with caring for and riding horses. We both surf and ski and are looking for properties to look after where we can enjoy either the ocean or mountains. We do not smoke and respect other people's property in the same way we respect our own. We lead a healthy and quiet life (early to bed and early to rise). We are able to provide a reference from a recent house/pet sit in NSW.
