Maria and Douglas are wonderful housesitters. We came back to a happy cat and contented chooks and potplants that looked as good as ever. Plus the place was beautifully cleaned and nothing out of place. They communicated well and kept us informed how things were going while we were away. Very grateful to them, and we really enjoyed their company as well.

Maria and Doug Mennie house-sat for us, in Cooroibah, Qld, from the end of March to nearly the end of April 2021. We found them to be excellent. When we got back from our trip, Doug had just gone out for a little while and only Maria was at home. About 10 minutes later Doug returned and Lily, our little dog was so excited to see him, which to us was a very good sign. She had obviously been very cared for by both of them.. Our house was spotless and all our plants looked great. We would not hesitate to recommend them and we would definitely use them again. Great house-sitters! Maria and Doug had agreed to house/dog sit us for while we went to Europe for a month. We talked on the phone before the came up and we connected instantly so we felt sure our dog and home would be well looked after and we weren’t wrong. Maria and Doug stayed with us the night before we left that way we could show them around the house and they could meet our dog. They were very friendly and very respectful of our home and any rules we had. While away Maria updated us on how a dog was going. On our return we were met with a very clean home, garden and happy dog. I would not hesitate to recommend Maria and Doug for any house/pet sitting jobs. We were very happy having Maria and Doug stay in our home & look after our dog & chickens. They did a great job & made it very easy for us
