We have a renovated single fronted Victorian home located within about 150m of Spotswood Railway station, just one stop from Yarraville villiage. It has a generous outdoor entertaining space too. The two poodles Lily and Fudge have the run of the house including the bed. It is a 2BR but only the one BR is available as the other has become a storage room. The large living space (kitchen and lounge) plus BR are airconditioned. Everything works, not a dump. TV and Foxtel. The pups need to be fed and watered and walked daily. Lily is not cuddly but loves rubs and just being near. Fudge is same but a bit more cuddly. They just want to be near. The garden (not huge) also need watering.

Myf at 12 yo Irish water spaniel. A slow old girl who is no hassle, just need to get her up once in the middle of the night. Fudge 7 yo healthy toy poodle.. He’s a fiesty dude.
