Hi, we have a large four bedroom home on one acre of land at Heddon Greta NSW which is in the Hunter Valley region. We are thirty minutes from The Hunter Valley vineyards and approximately forty minutes from Newcastle and the beaches, five minutes from the New Hunter Expressway and about 2 hours to Sydney.
Our home has fully ducted airconditioning and has back to base security.
We would prefer a retired couple in their sixties who could look after our house and gardens as well as the lawn maintenance (We have a ride on mower) and most of the gardens have sprinkler systems.
We have a large caravan shed as well as workshop handyman shed and double garage.
We don't have pets and we would only accept house sitters without pets. Thanks for viewing our request and we look forward to hearing from you.
