We are located in the pictureque Yass River Valley approximately 45 minutes from Canberra. Our lovely light filled home has 3 bedrooms with the main having an ensuite. You can relax in our open plan home on 12 acres that is surrounded by other rural farm lands. For your comfort we have air conditioning and a wood combustion fire place. Our home is in a lovely quiet part of the world though town is only 10kms away with some lovely cafes, RSL, Golf and Bowling clubs. We have 5 horses, chickens that can supply you with fresh eggs daily, and some lovable dogs that are happy to play on their own or give you a cuddle if you'd like.
