My two story townhouse is only 8 years old and is situated on the outskirts of Gawler, a lovely old world town about an hour north of Adelaide on the way to the Barossa Valley wine region, There is a main bedroom downstairs and another bedroom upstairs along with a study and library. I have an adorable Blue Burmese cat, Sasha, he is 14 so sleeps a lot and loves cuddles and being with you. I have some plants that would need watering in October due to the hot days. There is airconditioning on the ground floor but not upstairs. It is a fairly quiet suburb, shops are about a 5 minute drive and a train station is about a 10 min walk.
Pets & farm animals
14 year old blue burmese cat, a bit of a fussy eater and likes lots of cuddles and a lap. He does not go outside the house and backyard. I leave food out all the time so he is used to not begging for food.

Collect mail, water plants, very small lawn area.
