Hi! Our place is a little bit special as we live in a warehouse open to artists. The apartment is private upstairs while downstairs artists have their studios, We have a gallery and classes running. so it is a very lively place with people coming in and out. You still get some privacy in the appartment.. Across the road is a dog park and it is only 10' walk from Mordialloc center the station and the beach.. I have 2 dogs : Bechamel will stay with you all the time. SHe is a lovely Mereema but she can be a barker and it is good to stop her.. Buddy a cross breed will be with my daughter. I usually walk (10minutes) to her place to pick him up in the morning and bring him back at night. I will not ask you to do this every day but it would be nice if you could do it sometimes. You will also be in touch wiht my daughter if she is needs her dog to be cared for. He is a lovely dog with a passion for his ball. Bechamel and Buddy are used to be with me all the time. THe Ideal would be a couple that can work from here and even better if you are an artist: You will be welcome to use the space in the warehouse and even the ceramic studio with the pottery wheels.
