House on 2.5 acres on Tallebudgera Creek (not flood prone). 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large veranda, lovely outlook. Good internet connection but mobile range restricted to Telstra, Aldi and Optus with Optus being the poor cousin and not always reliable. Tank water only. Prefer neat and tidy, trustworthy, respectful retired or professional people or a couple. I have a cat who needs to be fed once or twice a day. Strictly non smoking.
No outside work required. You will need to have your own car.
