Look after 3 year old cat, Felix, water garden if required. 3 bedroom House is comfortable but very old and run down. It has a piano, great heater, new oven and free wifi. The property backs onto a paddock with views. It can get windy here. The neighbours are fantastic as well. It’s a 10 min drive to the CBD and bus 50 metres and 500 metres away to CBD.
Pets & farm animals
Felix is 3 year old cat that was abandoned at 6 months. He will be quite nervous at first but will want to sleep on the bed with you. He likes to come and go, he has a cat flap. He needs to be in at night so I lock his cat flap once he’s in. He sometimes has trouble with fur balls so I have cream for he’s paws. He doesn’t vomit in the house just coughs. Neighbour can put on the cream if your not comfortable. I give him a brush every morning which he loves. Because of his rough start in life he will eat non stop so only small amounts of food at a time is best for him. He won’t sit on your lap but loves to sit on the piano stool.
House Tasks
Look after Felix. Collect mail ( there isn’t much) Warer garden if it doesn’t rain. Water indoor pots. Keep the place clean and secure.
