A country getaway!!!

Are you seeking quietness and a beautiful country lifestyle- yet in easy reach of Melbourne?

We have a lovely, quiet and charming country dwelling on one hectare that is very close to amenities in the small township of Pyalong, 17 kms north of Kilmore Vic. Featuring wonderful views, the property is close to the local shop and pub, and public transport to Melbourne is a quick drive into Kilmore. Heathcote is just up the road, and Bendigo a 50 minute drive. Melbourne itself is either a 75 minute drive, or catch the train from Kilmore.

The house itself is very comfortable, with two good size bedrooms (king and queen beds), plus third bedroom upstairs. Large lounge with plenty of comfortable seating , lovely country kitchen (with great view) and bathroom. Amenities include reverse cycle aircon/heating , wood fire heater, ducted central gas heating and TV with Foxtel,

Veranda's at front and back provide great places to relax and enjoy the views and quiet, and great places for a meal and glass of wine.

What needs to be done during your stay?

Our friendly tabby cat Gus needs looking after- feeding, TLC etc.

Occasional watering of some plants around the house during the hotter days/evenings.

other than that- just Enjoy the peace and quiet..

Note- You will need your own car in order to get from the house to the shops and Kilmore etc.
