Require someone (retired couple preferred) to look after 5 yr old cocker spaniel (needs regular walks), mind small garden, and occasionally run a car. No room for caravan to park. Close to bus and train access to Brisbane city. Approximately 10kms from city. Two bedrooms, study, two bathrooms. Non smokers only.
