The apartment is a brand new one bedroom, one bathroom place. It is minimalist and modern.

It is perfectly located a couple of blocks from all the cafes, shops, and restaurants on Smith Street and 15-minute walk to the park.

This place is perfect for someone who loves dogs, walking, is quiet and wants their own space. It is ideal if you work from home or close by and enjoy spending time at home.

Rent, wifi (200GB per month), and electricity (up to $100/month) will be covered. Please note I do not have a TV.

I will be leaving to go away on the 16th of June. However, my return date has not been booked but it will most probably be late July. I will be able to confirm this sometime before I leave.

My dog is a small toy Cavoodle (Bickie) who is well behaved and likes to be taken to the park once a day and out for a couple of short walks (15-20 mins). As we are in an apartment, he likes to go outside to go to the toilet. We do have a balcony however he will wait to be taken out.

Pets & farm animals

Bickie is 1 and is a toy cavoodle. He loves people and is easy to look after. He needs to be fed morning and night and be taken outside 3-4 times per day as he waits to go to the toilet outside. He needs at least one big walk each day. I usually take him to Victoria Park so he can run around with other dogs and tire him out.

House Tasks

Collect mail (if there is any), water a couple of plants, and ideally keep it tidy :)
