We live in a peaceful area north of Warwick 6024 with good neighbours and the park a short walk from my home. The shops and other facilities are all close by.
The beach is 10 mins away and access to the freeway is 4 mins away.
My home has a couple of steps inside and it’s a 4 x 2 house with pool. It’s easy care place with slate throughout the busy areas. General cleaning is required, along with collecting the mail and other general duties. There is enough room one car.
As Tasha is a standard poodle there is very little hair loss. She will have had a haircut a couple of weeks before we leave so her brushing will be a minimum. Tasha 7yrs old and is a quiet, ‘chilled’ out intelligent poodle with very good manners. Tasha will need to be walked twice a day for up to 45 mins each. She doesn’t get spooked and is well loved at the park and in our street, which is a cul-de-sac. Tasha will require medication 2x a day with her food.
I’m looking for non-smokers, a semi-retired or retired couple or single lady and I’m happy to accommodate another friendly, well-mannered dog.
