One bedroom apartment. Architect designed and recently completed. Small but very good design. Balcony with plants that require watering and a bit of a view. Dishwasher and fridge that has filtered water and makes ice. It is in a low density set of 8 apartments. it is one flight of stairs up. No lift. There is a big oval out the back that you can access from the property - I'll leave you the key to the gate - I walk around it in the morning for exercise there is cricket there on the weekends.. In Preston, very close to Northland shopping centre. There is a bus stop out the front. It is a 7 minutes derive to Preston Market. Within 8 km to Melbourne CBD.I work in the arts and like to cook so if you like art, design and cooking you'd like it here - the kitchen is pretty small though - but amazingly functional for the size. Pets & farm animals
The cat - Chester is a 15 year old, Three legged British Shorthair. He has arthritis in his remaining back leg so need his metacam each evening. He is also blind so has a limited sphere of activity from the bed to his food and water to the litter tray and sometimes a stop on the couch for a smooch. He has blood pressure medication each morning - just a little piece of tablet tucked into his food .He's ridiculously good looking but not all that bright. He likes to be there - either on your lap or on the floor on the rug just near you when you watch TV. He does have an annoying habit of waking me up in the morning to get fed. When he drinks water it flicks up over his face. He does love a smooch and a pat and a rub and a cuddle - a lot and usually sleeps on the bed - up near my head. But in the heat he sleeps on the floor next to the bed. He has been described as aggressively affectionate.He can be vocal at times - for food or affection.
House Tasks
Feed Chester and change his water (he's big on fresh water) in the morning and in the evening. Give him his blood pressure medicine - a tiny bit of tablet mixed in with his food in the morning feed. Give him his arthritis medication - metacam mixed in with his evening meal. Change his kitty litter twice a week - I'll leave bags of it. It is a really good new type that comes in its own liner tray - very easy. Give him some love and attention when possible. Don't let him bully you. The plants on the balcony need to be watered once a day - it is a nice thing to do.
