Marysville is a picturesque sub alpine village in NE East Victoria, 95 minute drive from Melbourne. We have a much loved 6 year old black cocker spaniel called Lexi who lives inside.
The house is 15 years old and sits on 2 acres of English garden which has two Bed and Breakfast cottages which are managed externally. We are a 5-10 minute walk into the village which has shops, cafes and parks.

The house has a large open plan living space with a gas heater, a wood heater and split system heating and cooling. There are two bedrooms with split system heating & cooling and two bathrooms. A lovely outdoor living area facing north with magnificent views. And two other small decks, one facing east and one south. We have a smart TV which is supported by Internet connection. The house is on one level with 5 steps to doors.

We would like a mature or retired couple for housesitting. Feeding and walking and loving Lexi and bringing in the mail. Some plant pot watering in the summer.
