A Christmas and New Year opportunity by the beach in Torquay.Located in "old" Torquay, walking distance (700 mts) to the beach and main shopping area (1Km), we live in a 2 storey "beach house" which has recently had some renovations. The living areas and kitchen are on the second storey. The garden is simple, a small area of grass may require mowing.. A bed with fruit trees may require watering. We are a recently retired couple, who love to travel.
Pets & farm animals
Our dog, Jack, is a 15yr old Jack Russell X, who has "Addison's Disease" but is in pretty good health and has a small amount of medication daily. Every 25 days he requires an injection at the vets. The vets know him well. He loves a beach walk but he can be a bit of a fussy eater. Jack is fed freshly prepared food. He sleeps a lot and is happy in his own home setting. The adrenal medicine encourages a very fluffy and constantly malting dog.
