2 bed, 2 bath, 2 car park air conditioned unit at the rear of the unit complex with gorgeous tropical surroundings. Very quiet and private plus has private access to a shared saltwater pool. The pantry and fridge will be stocked with fresh food as well as all pet food/treats/cat litter etc will be provided. I own a gorgeous 2 year old Australian Shepard named Aster and 2 affectionate ginger cats Harry and Arlo. My main request is that the cats are not to go outside apart from the enclosed alfresco patio that has a cat door, litter box, water bowl and food. Aster is also not to be left outside on his own and is very well toilet trained. We also have Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, fridge with smart screen, filtered water and ice as well as a large outdoor entertaining area with a radio, lounge setting, table & chairs and a Weber Baby Q gas barbecue. Main bedroom has a Queen bed, spare room/office has a brand new sofa bed, desk and Apple Mac. The unit is also a small walk to the lovely Kedron-Brook plus is close to Coles, Liquorland, numerous restaurants/fast food/cafes plus much more.
