House sitter needed for spacious modern house, garden 25m lap pool in inner south Canberra by the lake to look after fit active 8yr old kelpie dog who will need 1 hour exercise each day. In particular, a house sitter who could run the dog a few kms a day or few times a week would be ideal. She currently runs daily with her owner who is marathon runner.Experience with dogs only to apply. Non smokers only.. Home gym, 25 lap pool, Wireless internet, dishwasher, TV & DVD player. House has air-conditioning/heating..Owners are flying overseas on holidays so need reliable house sitter(s) who could commit and meet for handover prior to departure.
Pets & farm animals
8yr old female kelpie cross needs 1 hours exercise per day. The dog is well trained but will show fearful aggression towards strange dogs who approach her so you will need to have some experience with dogs handling on lead.
House Tasks
Need to be available prior for handover and learn about pool/home automation/TV/music equipment etc collect mail put out bins Sundays ensure house is secure feed and water worm composts x2 Weeding and extra watering in garden as required if hot
