State Forest surrounds property. Very private 2 bedroom brick house. 100% solar powered property, off the grid. With woodstove/heater plus gas cooking/hot water.1 hour to Hobart and 40 minutes to shopping, banks doctors etc.

We have sheep, cats and guinea pigs. The sheep need minimal care. The cats (3) and guinea pigs (25 aprox) need feeding, Cleaning of cages required.
