Nicely renovated 3x1 house on 1acre. Close to townsite of mundaring. Heritage walk trail close by. Very low maintenance property. Main reason would be to look after our 8yr old blue heeler. He is an inside dog, he sleeps on the couch at night and during the day Infront of the window in the sun. He is a pretty simple dog as long as he is walked and fed he is happy. Blue heelers can be stubborn and sometimes a bit grumpy so having experience with dogs and being a dog lover would be a must. Please get in touch if you would like to look after our house and dog. Blue Heeler- 8yrs old. Walk twice a day. Has doggy door to come in and out drying day but sleeps inside at night time. No medical requirements.
