Our house is on acreage in the Clare Valley SA. It is a rambling, comfortable 5 bedroom place set in a large garden and bushland.We have 2 small dogs (Breed: hairdo on legs ) 5 chickens and some fish. We may have sheep on the property but they are not your problem.Looking for sitters that know about rural life and who will enjoy the place and respect it like it's their own. We are 10km from Clare which has shopping, services and so many wonderful places to dine. We are walking distance from great wineries.
Pets & farm animals
Helen and her sister Cassandra are 4 year old Maltese/Shitzu/Cavalier? cross ladies who have full run of the place. Just treat them as family please. The chooks need to be let out, locked in at dusk,, clean water, food and the eggs collected (and eaten). Please feed the fish in the kitchen tank daily and turn their light on in the morning and off at bedtime.
House Tasks
Please water the hanging baskets/potted plants if necessary. Combustion stove is the preferred heating in the house. There is abundant wood, kindling, paper, so it's all pretty easy to set the fire and light it up.
