We live in a lovely, Californian style home with a nice front verandah complete with Adirondack chairs for watching the world go by. Three bedroom, one bathroom, gas stove top! Heating and aircon. Huge backyard and veggie garden, chicken run and coop (twelve delightful chickens) shed equipped with woodworking equipment and workbench. One minute walk to the loveliest stretch of merri creek.
Pets & farm animals
Twelve chickens: eight isa browns, one Plymouth, one silkie and two wyandottes. We required that they’re let out when the sun is up and locked up before dark. Fed and watered in the morn.
House Tasks
Spray a bit of water on the veggies on the morning of warm days. And help yourself to the veggies!
