We live in a lovely 1930's character filled three bedroom Californian bungalow by the Cooks River, a seven minute walk to Canterbury Station 3 minute walk to city buses, and Cooks River walking and cycleway at our back gate!
There is a sleepy older cat to feed. She does not need much attention, is pretty self sufficient. Plenty of street parking too, and carport as well.
You have your own room with ensuite, that is COVID safe, as it has not been used lately, same with your ensuite. We have a large sunny back yard and deck with herb and veggie gardens, you are welcome to use if you like. Thanks for looking.
