Hello, we live in a nice house in Balwyn North, with a bus stop out the front and the Eastern freeway 1 min away. Our place is spacious, neat and comfortable. We have a cat, he is toilet trained to use the human toilet, so he basically just needs a flusher and to be fed, he's name is Mahi and is very friendly. We have no TV or internet (we Hotspot off our phones) but we do have a projector you can hook a laptop up to for cinema style viewing. There is a driveway for parking and plenty of nature walks and shops close by which we do enjoy everyday. We have 2 bedrooms a nursery and are fully furnished with a beautiful kitchen.
