Our property is a pole House situated in a bush setting, but within a 10 minute walk to town. Bellingen is situated on the mid north coast NSW. It is known for its art, crafts, music and cafes. It is a 15 minute drive to the beach at Urunga, 1/2 an hour to Dorrigo National Park, and 1/2 an hour to Coffs Harbour. An outdoor spa is due to be installed October 2022, but hasn't been ticked as a feature at this stage. We have an ageing German Shepherd who requires a little bit of walking, but not much! She can be left at home for the day if you want to tour around. There would be some garden watering once a week if it has been dry.
Pets & farm animals
Ageing female German Shep that requires a walk every day or two. Our dog is happy to be left at home alone if you go out. Requires feeding once a day ( flexible lunch/dinner.)
House Tasks
Water potted plants once a week but only if weather dry. Nothing else required in the garden. Collect the occasional mail.
