We live in a 3 Bedroom Unit in Edithvale, Melbourne. Just 2 streets from the beach, the Unit has an adjoining garage that can fit one car. We have Central Heating throughout the unit, with open plan kitchen/ dining / lounge. We have a coffee machine, Thermomix, Toaster and gas stove with all normal accessories. We also have a BBQ in the courtyard outside and a trampoline. House has a TV in the lounge and NBN Internet with unlimited downloads, Apple TV with Netflix.
We have a loveable boxer cross that is 13 years old. She’s doesn’t get out much due to our busy schedule and her arthritus, so a short walk around the block each day would be plenty for her. She’s very low maintenance and loves people. She is very much an inside dog and will mostly just lay on her bed inside. Someone would just need to feed her once a day, and be around in the evening to have her sleep inside and let her out to go to the toilet. Happy to discuss the details with any candidate.
