A two storey 3 bed with study house in peaceful cul de sac location with quiet neighbours. Decks on both levels with filtered views of the Pittwater. Two much-loved indoor dogs, both Tibetan Terrier girls. The older one (14) has had her fair share of physical ailments and is not to be walked too far but enjoys 1 shortish outing each day. Due to degenerative disc disease, plus hip dysplasia, she now needs to be lifted in and out of the car, in and must be discouraged from jumping or climbing - this was diagnosis by the Vet and she is on meds.. The other being a madcap is 5) who enjoys a romp and play at home or within a protected off leash area. They sleep at night either upstairs in the study where they each have a bed or, downstairs in the breakfast room with one dog bed and access to the rear deck. House to be kept clean please, plants to be watered too and daily mail collected. We have quite steep stairs in our house and as our younger dog is not accustomed to young children, I wouldn't recommend this sit for those with babies and toddlers. Ava is not a biter but can be nippy if little fingers are offered near her mouth.
