My fiance, new baby and I are heading to Bali in September for a wedding and we are looking for someone to live in our home whilst we are away and look after our 2-year old German Shepherd, Luna.
Our flat contains two bedrooms (one is the baby's room), one bathroom and a big lounge/dining room/kitchen area, a laundry room and a front and back patio. We have a spare car spot as well in the garage below the flat. The unit is within a lovely complex opposite Trumper Oval, which has a small outdoor swimming pool and a basic gym.
Our dog Luna is a lovely natured dog, still a bit puppish even at 2 years old and loves people. She's quite energetic so would require a couple of walks a day. We live in walking distance to Rushcutters Park (5 mins) which is great for walking her as well as Centennial Park (15-20mins). Luna loves chasing after her ball and isn't particularly interested in other dogs. She pulls a bit on the lead and is quite strong but normally it's because she is so excited for her walk! It would be great if you have some experience with bigger dogs.
We also live in walking distance to Edgecliff shopping centre and station which has two supermarkets, cafes, bakery, chemists etc, and we are just down the road from Five Ways which has lots of cafes and restaurants.
