Large open plan home in Woy Woy. Close to public transport ( trains to Sydney/Newcastle) and bus stop at door.
Easy to maintain home and yard on the Central Coasts peninsula.
2bdroom, 2 living rooms, 2 bath. Close to shops. 2 min walk to 2 different public jettys for fishing or just relaxing. Short drive to Umina Beach. Shops, good coffee spots and restaurants.
2 mostly chilled out dogs to look after. Scruff - 8 yr old mini fox and Storm- 3 yr medium staffy.
Dogs like to be inside dogs when their humans are home and outside over night .
We have fish too.
Also a very small carpet python that can be in hibernation ( requiring no care) during sit ( secure enclosure)
Outside the garden is pretty low maintenance. If no rain an odd water would be appreciated.
2nd bathroom and laundry out side.
Also there is availability of a spa - but use subject to conditions.
