1.5 bedroom Lifestyle Community Home in St Leonards Victoria.
The Community is a semi gated community, with facilities which can be used by the homeowners (and guests if accompanied by a homeowner)
The home is about 1.5km from Port Phillip Bay, and 3km to the local shops.
Drysdale and Portarlington are 15 mins away to a larger shopping centre and 20 mins to Leopold and then 30 mins to Geelong.
In July, the weather is perfect around 12 to 18°.
Shelbie the 14 month old Cavoodle is very cheeky and thinks anything she can reach or is on the floor are hers.
She needs a 20 to 30 minute walk, preferably in the afternoon and sleeps all night, and most of the day if you aren't home without any mischief. The neighbours will be supportive, and all know Shelbie, well.
Wifi, solar power and Air Con. Very tiny garden to keep an eye on if no rain a billion indoor plants, mostly on verandah. No lawn to mow, but Shelbie leaves landmines to pick up daily on the imitation grass.
Consider an overlap of stay for a few days either side to fit in with your other caring responsibilities.
