Our home is a comfortable, low set brick in a quiet neighbourhood. We live close to shopping centres, transport, restaurants and all services. We have 1 cat (Kyle, 10 yo) who is a rescue cat who doesn't like loud noises and only goes outside when we are home. We prefer an experienced couple who are around during the day so Kyle can be outside. Our garden looks after itself and would only require watering some pots. We have someone to mow the lawn so there is no heavy garden work involved. We definitely request non-smokers please and no pets or children to accompany you while you are minding our home. We would like to have a coffee with anyone who is interested to see how they interact with Kyle before making a decision please.
Pets & farm animals
One cat named Kyle, about 10 years old, who was a rescue cat. This is why we would like a sitter in our own home rather than put him into a cattery and feel abandoned again. We have slowly gained his trust and is a real character but can still be a bit zoomie sometimes!. He must be kept inside when nobody is at home as he gets easily startled.
House Tasks
Normal house sitting - keeping the home clean and tidy and the pool maintained (but it really looks after itself). Collect mail and keep in touch with us by regular email. We have a mowing service do the lawn on a regular basis so that would not be required. but watering our plants would be appreciated.
