We have a 3 bedroom house plus granny flat located in charlestown, 1 min to charlestown square, 6 mins from dudley beach and 10 mins from lake macquarie.

We have an astroturfed entertaining area out the back with festoon lights and a gas heater, so good for outdoor use even when its a little cooler.

Pets & farm animals

2 lazy greyhounds. Mostly need food and water and a lap to rest their head on in the evenings. Walks would be appreciated but not a necessity if its too difficult. Sometimes theyre just as happy to have a toy thrown around in the yard for them. We also have 2 chickens but they are usually stocked up with everything they need for the week
