We love our house and hope you will too.
It is a lovely open design, warm in winter and cool(ish) in summer.
Don't worry too much the air conditioning and gas heating even out the seasons.
There is plenty of space outside, undercover to enjoy meals, books or conversations whilst enjoying the quiet and various birds that visit our yard.
You will be able to use our Internet and watch any of our DVDs/Blu-rays to keep you entertained.
There is a supermarket, chemist, bakery, butcher, Sushi shop and fruit shop about 10 to 15 minutes walk away.
There are two drawbacks or positives depending upon your point of view.
The first is the property is two stories and as such there are stairs to enter the property and another set of stairs inside between floors.
The second one is that there is no mobile reception on the property, as it is in a gully. Occasionally if the wind is blowing right you'll get a text. Reception improves once you go up the hill.
We will be away for two weeks.
We are easy going, friendly and love to chat.

Pets & farm animals
We have a dog who will need care whilst we are away.
Scooby is our loving, slightly anxious mini poodle who would love a walk around the block every day and loves a cuddle on the lounge, whenever you sit down. If Scooby likes you, then it means you are a good human!
House Tasks
- Walk the dog.
- Feed the animals.
- Water the lawns/garden if needed.
- Water the hanging plants every few days.
- Generally keep the house neat and tidy.
