Our home is situated on just over an acre in northern Gold Coast with easy access to the M1, walking distance to train station and 10 minutes drive to shopping centres and boat ramp to the bay. The house is lowset on a flat pad set back from the street, but the block is steep and on one side there is a rainforest gully. The gardens consist of a mixture of natural bushland, landscaped terraces and lawn. Our house sitter would be required to mow using both ride-on and push mowers and water pot plants and some garden areas as needed, but should have plenty of time to enjoy the seclusion and convenience of living halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
